Jeff is not that guy! He is old school meticulous, his report is thorough and well organized. During the inspection he offered thoughts on things he thought I should know and patiently answered every one of the dozens of questions that I peppered him with. Very professional but also very personable. I am certain that he was not the cheapest home inspector available but I am equally certain that he was worth every penny we paid and then some. In fact, his inspection report saved us from buying a real disaster of a house. We moved on to another property which he will be inspecting for us next week.
In short, you really cannot go wrong with this guy. Do yourself a favor, spend a little money on expertise and work ethic. In return you'll get peace of mind and a strategic plan for what you will need to do to maintain and improve your new home. Or, in our case, a red alert that the home you think is perfect is going to bleed your bank account dry.
